Tuna Noodle Casserole

A childhood favorite of mine and a staple for my kids. Easy and quick dinner that make everyone happy and full!

  • 1 12oz bag of egg noodles
  • 2-3 5oz cans of tuna (drained)
  • 2 10.5oz cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2-3 cups of crushed plain potato chips
  • 1 10oz bag of frozen vegetable of choice (I grew up with peas)
  1. Boil and strain your noodles – set aside
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  3. Combine your drained tuna, soup and vegetable, stir until smooth
  4. In a 9x13in cake pan or casserole dish, layer your noodles and tuna mixture one at a time starting with the noodles
  5. The last layer should end with tuna, which you then top with crushed plain potato chips
  6. If in a cake pan cover with foil, if in a casserole dish cover with the lid. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the center is warmed
  7. Take the cover off and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the chips are lightly browned
  8. Let sit for 15 minutes to firm up and then serve!
